And it shall come to pass in
the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon
all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall
prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old
men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and my handmaidens
I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall
prophesy: Acts 2: 17-18

And a woman having an issue of
blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon
physicians, neither could be healed of any. Came behind
him, and touched the border of his garment: and
immediately her issue of blood stanched. And Jesus
said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and
they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng
thee and press thee,
and sayest thou, Who touched
me? And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I
perceive that virtue is gone out of
me.
The virtue that Jesus spoke about, the anointing of the
Holy Ghost that flowed out from Christ life, is increasing in
the lives of Gods people all over the world today. Its
virtue is flowing out not only in the lives of preachers and
prophets, evangelist and ministers, teachers and pastors, but
in ordinary lives of people just like you and I. Oh get
ready for it beloved, for God has been preparing His church
and His bride for some time now.
God has a remnant of people who have separated
themselves Holy unto God. A chosen generation, a royal
priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that we would
show forth the praises of Him who hath called us out of
darkness and into his marvellous light. God has called
us out of the world to become ministers in the priest
office!
In the Greek language, Virtue and Power are the same
word, and have the same meaning. The word "Dunamis" means
miraculous power or force, mighty works, miracle power,
strength, ability, abundance, power in action, and great
wonders or signs.
And,
behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye
in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from
on high. Luke 24: 49

Acts 1:8 But ye shall
receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come
upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in
Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in
Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. The word,
"endued" in the Greek means to sink into a
garment, to invest with clothing. To put on, or be
clothed with. In the Old Testament God spoke with Moses
and said for him to call Aaron his brother, into
the office of a priest. And He said unto Moses, "thou
shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother for glory and
for beauty", and that they make Aaron's garments to consecrate
him, they he may minister unto the Lord in the priest's
office.
Right before Jesus
was crucified upon the cross, the Bible tells that they [parted His garments],
casting lots for it. They took from Christ
His only earthly possession. But the anointing that rested
upon Jesus in that day was not in any outer garment that He
wore, for it was the "Spirit of the Lord", that was upon Him
as a Holy garment, and it was this same Power that endued Him
to do the works of God. No man could take that from Him.
It was the mantle of
Gods Spirit that overshadowed Him and enabled Him to do the
things that no other could do. He walked upon water, [He
healed the sick],
gave sight to blind eyes, made a deaf man to hear, a dumb man
to speak. He fed thousands of people with just a few
loaves of fish and bread, He set free those who were oppressed
and delivered those who were possessed with demonic
spirits. He healed the crippled and lame and made them leap
for joy and walk again, He cleansed the lepers, and turned
water into wine. But most of all He brought salvation
and healing to all who would call upon His name.
But if the Spirit of him (God's Spirit)
that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that
raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal
bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Romans
8:11
On the day of Pentecost when the disciples were
gathered together in one room and in one accord, the Bible
says that suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a
rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they
were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like
as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all
filled with the Holy Ghost. The ministry of the Holy Ghost is
just as real and
[important today] for us, as it was in the days of
Jesus and His disciples.
To be filled with the Holy Ghost is Gods will
for each one of us who are called by His name. At the time of
Christ death upon the cross, the Bible tells that the veil of
the temple that separated the holy place from the most holy
place, was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.
Only the High Priest could enter into the holy of holies and
make a sacrifice for the sins of the people. Today
Jesus is our High Priest who has entered into the holy of holies
and He himself became the sacrifice for our sins. And from
that time on the partition that separated man from God was
torn down, and our relationship has been restored. We
are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with
the saints and of the household of God.
The Spirit, or the very presence of God no longer dwells in
buildings of stone, and mortar, but He has come to dwell and [abide within our hearts]. And now our bodies are
the temple where God's Holy Spirit abides.
He has called
us out of the world, and separated us, that we may
minister unto the Lord in the priest
office. He has placed upon us, or clothed upon us with His
Holy garment, a mantle of His Spirit and endowed into our
lives the Power of Heaven, that we may go forth and witness
Christ into the earth today. It is the anointing of the
Lord that breaks the yoke of sin, sickness, disease, poverty,
and death. It reveals the hidden things of man that only
God knows through the Holy Spirit, and He reveals them to us
by the Spirit that dwells in us.
Isaiah 61: 10 I will greatly rejoice in
the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath
clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me
with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh
himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with
her jewels.
And these signs shall follow them that
believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they
shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and
if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they
shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that
believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and
greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my
Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will
I do that the Father may be glorified in the Son. St John
14:12-13
