Hand In Hand Proclaiming the Good News of the Gospel to all the world

   Making the Right Choice

In the book of Deuteronomy 30:15-20 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statues and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

From time to time we all are faced with making choices. Moses told the Israelites they would have to choose who they were going to serve. And we too will come to a time in our life when we are asked to make this same choice. This will be the most important decision that you will ever make. There are only two sides, two choices. Moses set before the children of Israel two choices to choose from.  Life and death, blessing and cursing.  And today for you and me those choices are still the same.

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.

It may be that you have come to the place in your life where God is asking you to, Choose whom ye will serve. The Savour is waiting for you to hear His voice and to open the door. He is waiting for you to invite Him into your life. But there is one thing for certain, YOU must choose. This choice is yours to make. Will you choose life and good, death or evil?  The Savour is waiting for your answer. You can not afford to put off this decision any longer.  The Bible says, "Now is the accepted time, behold now is the day of salvation. Therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.

One day while Jesus was walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen. And he called out to them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.  Today it doesn't matter what business you may be in, or what you may do for a living.  Jesus is tenderly calling your name.  Will you answer His call? Will you make this very important choice that says, I will follow you dear Lord, wherever you may lead?

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Ben and Anna Soon from Uplifting Daily Bread Mission Work for Christ, as this months guest writers for Hand In Hand Ministries. The Lord has recently transplanted Ben and Anna from Malaysia to London, where they are now living and working as missionaries in this country.

We rejoice to be able to share with you Ben and Anna's message entitled, ETERNITY? A Question You Cannot Ignore.  A truly inspiring and stirring message directed by the Holy Spirit to speak to our hearts, and to all those who have not answered the very important question, Where will you spend eternity

You can visit March's Hand In Hand Publication to read more of this timely message by clicking on this link......  http://www.wordoflifeministry.us/Handinhand.html  I know Ben and Anna would love to hear from you and to know that you have stopped by for a visit. You can find their email address and their ministries website address listed on their linked page.

Hand In Hand Ministries is an Internet Ministry of Faithful Christians joining hands together all around the world, for the sole purpose of promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As many of you know I have been considering mailing out our Hand In Hand Ministries Publication through the postal mail service. Thank you to those of you who have responded with your thoughts on this matter. There are still many people who do not have computers and internet connections and have voiced their desire to receive these messages in their mail. The page/pages that you view for Hand In Hand will be the very same page that I will be mailing out. Thank you for your part in this ministry. I know that God is well pleased when people such as you from all around the world, come together in the work of the Lord.

I would also like to thank Abraham of Bethesda-House of Grace, for February's edition to Hand In Hand . We thank the Lord for the opportunity to work with you in the Gospel. Your message last month on Cities of Refuge is such a wonderful portrayal of the hiding place we find in Jesus Christ! Free from the guilt of sin and shame, free from the penalty of death. I pray that this message continues to speak to hearts and lives all over the world, and that someone who is in need may find their city of refuge in Jesus Christ our Lord.

Let us not forget in prayer, all those whose names have come to us in need.  Some are very great needs and God has given to us the privilege to lift them up in prayer and comfort of the Word.  Many of you have been praying for the Piersant Family, and I wanted to let you know that John went through his surgery with good reports from the doctor.  It will take a while of healing before we see any results, but we are praying and believing that John will be able to eat on his own, without any feeding tube. Thank you for your faithfulness and prayers for this family.
